  • strength machines and free weights — 12 months or 5 years;
  • fitness accessories, recovery and massage — 14 days;
  • other products — 12 months.

The exact term for this product is shown under the “Buy” button. Warranty service is available throughout Ukraine: the product is sent to the service centre via Nova Poshta.

Return

A product of proper quality can be returned or exchanged within 14 days, not counting the day of receipt, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”.

  • the product is complete and shows no signs of use;
  • the original packaging, labels and proof of purchase are preserved.

Before sending the item, write to info@fit-life.com.ua — we will send you the return details. The return shipping (via Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta) is paid by the buyer. We refund the money within 7 days after receiving the product.

If the product turns out to be defective, we pay for the shipping.
